WPJav will automatically create a custom taxonomy for Actress upon plugin activation.
Setup the Actress Image URL
For Actress taxonomy, there’s a custom meta field to store the actress’ image URL. WPJav plugin will try to automatically download the actress image and save the image URL into the field. This is how it looks:
Sometimes, external API doesn’t provide the actress image URL in the API response. This is usually because the data indeed doesn’t exist. In this case, you will have to set it manually by downloading the actress image and set the actress image URL yourself.
So in the actress taxonomy page, you will see the image in action, like this:
The Actress Name and Actress Image URL are usually provided by the API. If in case your fetched JAV video code doesn’t provide either Actress Name and Actress Image URL, you will have to set them manually.
Now, all actresses you have posted can be displayed on an archive page using the Actress Archive Page Template.
